Send Shathi a task and a time in WhatsApp. Shathi confirms the time in writing, then reminds you when it’s due. Write in any of the languages below.

What to write

You don’t have to write it exactly like this. Everyday phrasing with the same meaning works. These examples are not a delivery guarantee.

A date with no time defaults to 9:00 am.

Write “Friday gas bill” and you’re reminded on Friday at 9:00 am. Times are in Asia/Dhaka.

If it can’t tell morning from evening, Shathi asks with buttons instead of guessing. “12 midnight” said in the evening means tonight.

Network, WhatsApp delivery or message limits can delay or block a reminder. For truly urgent things, keep a phone alarm too.
