1. Agreement and operator
Service provider: [owner must supply legal entity and address]. These terms cover the reminder service and website. The owner must define eligibility, minimum age and lawful consent requirements before launch.
2. Service and availability
The service manages text reminders through WhatsApp in Asia/Dhaka time. Network, Meta, processor failures, account access, Free-plan send limits, misuse restrictions and maintenance can delay or prevent delivery. Start Free on WhatsApp; Pro activates when bKash confirms online payment or after a verified Send Money payment. Use independent alarms for urgent tasks; delivery is not guaranteed.
3. Acceptable use
Personal reminders only. No spam, bulk sending, harassment, unlawful content or attempts to evade limits. Do not submit other people’s private data without appropriate permission. The service may refuse off-topic or abusive requests.

Free and Pro details appear on Pricing and Fair use. Pay with bKash on the Pricing page: online checkout activates Pro when bKash confirms (or when you first message Shathi from that WhatsApp number if no account exists yet); Send Money requires submitting payer number and TrxID, verifying WhatsApp with the prefilled message, and owner review within 24 hours before Pro starts. Each confirmed payment adds 30 prepaid days. Pro does not auto-renew. You can cancel anytime by not renewing; paid access continues until expiry, then Free plan limits apply. Payments are non-refundable.
5. Fair use and suspension
Unlimited WhatsApp messages for normal personal use; misuse restrictions apply. Spam, automation, bulk messaging and attempts to evade restrictions are prohibited. Recurring reminders and attachment limits still apply. Access can be paused or suspended for abuse or platform requirements. The owner must publish suspension review and notice procedures.

No medical or financial advice. Reminders are not a substitute for professional care, emergency services, or independent verification of important deadlines. You supply the schedule; always check confirmations.
7. Data and account deletion
Privacy explains processing and retained records. STOP pauses sends. Deletion requires confirmation and preserves disclosed payment, quota and replay records. A later inbound message may reactivate the account subject to access rules.
