What’s kept after deletion
These three things are kept. The rest is in our privacy policy.
- Payment records
- Details of bKash payments made for Pro.
- Abuse-prevention records
- Records kept to prevent spam or abuse.
- Hashed resend receipts
- A hash is a one-way fingerprint stored instead of the original; the original text can’t be recovered from it.
Pause and resume
Send stop or বন্ধ. Reminder schedules and status stay saved; nudges and pending drafts are cleared, and subsequent sends pause. Send start or শুরু to resume. Messages already accepted or in flight with Meta cannot be recalled.
Request deletion
Send delete my data or ডাটা মুছে দাও from your own WhatsApp account. Press the sender-owned confirmation button within ten minutes. A newer request replaces the old confirmation. Nothing is erased until you confirm.
Removed on confirmation
Reminders, monthly/daily usage rows, message logs, waitlist and allowlist entries, profile name, referral and pending draft are removed. Generation guards prevent pending parsing and send work from reconstructing erased service data.
Records retained
Payment rows retain WhatsApp identifier, TrxID, bKash payment ID, merchant invoice reference, payment method, amount, paid date, date, retained marker and internal primary key. A tombstone retains wa_id/deleted_at, current-month erased create/send totals, the lifetime Free creation counter and lifetime confirmation/legal/cap-notice counters to prevent reset abuse. Processed receipts retain hashed message IDs; sender/time are blanked, preventing retried messages from recreating data. Hashed waitlist IP/number abuse counters are retained independently after erasure. Retention periods: [owner must define with legal review].
After deletion
A normal new message can reactivate the account, subject to service rules. Current-month quotas do not reset by deletion and reset normally next month. This service cannot erase independent records held by Meta or the configured AI provider. Contact: [owner must supply].
