Reminders and time
Will it arrive to the exact second?
That isn’t guaranteed. Network, WhatsApp delivery or message limits can delay or block a message. Keep a separate alarm for truly urgent things.
What if I don’t write a time?
A date with no time defaults to 9:00 am. If morning or evening is unclear, Shathi asks with buttons.
Which time zone is used?
Asia/Dhaka.
Can I change the time?
Send a correction like “Actually 11”. If it’s unclear which reminder you mean, Shathi asks.
Can it remind me of the same thing repeatedly?
On Pro you can set daily or weekly reminders, subject to the active recurring limit.
What if I don’t tap Done?
On Pro, one gentle message comes after 45 minutes: “Still pending:”. It stops once you reply or tap Done or Snooze 30 min.
Which day is “12 midnight”?
Said in the evening or at night, “12 midnight” means tonight.
Will it remind me of prayer times?
Shathi doesn’t calculate prayer times. Write a specific time and it reminds you then.
How do I pause messages?
Write “stop” or “বন্ধ”. Your schedule stays; messages pause. Write “start” or “শুরু” to resume.

How much does it cost?
3 free reminders to try Shathi (one-time allowance). Then Pro: ৳299/month. Unlimited WhatsApp messages for normal personal use; misuse restrictions apply.

Each approved payment adds 30 prepaid days. There is no automatic charge. You can cancel anytime by stopping renewal; paid access continues until expiry, then Free plan limits apply.
How do I pay?
On the Pricing page, pay with bKash online checkout (Pro activates when bKash confirms) or, when Send Money is offered, send the shown amount, submit your name, WhatsApp number, payer number and TrxID (email optional), then send the prefilled PAY code on WhatsApp (reviewed within 24 hours). The Pricing page shows the current method. Each confirmed payment adds 30 days of Pro.
How long does payment review take?
Online bKash checkout activates Pro when bKash confirms. Send Money payment details are reviewed within 24 hours.
Can I get a refund?
No. Payments are non-refundable.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Each payment adds 30 prepaid days of Pro. Cancel anytime by not renewing; your paid access continues until expiry.
Data and privacy
Who processes my data?
WhatsApp (Meta) handles your number and messages. The configured AI provider processes ordinary request text and, for saved-item matching, up to five owned item names, kinds and explicit aliases with bounded recent task hints. Cloudflare runs the service and stores data. The owner must confirm the AI provider before launch.
Privacy policyIs my data sold?
No. Shathi never sells your personal data.
How do I delete my data?
Write “delete my data” or “ডাটা মুছে দাও” and tap your own confirmation button within 10 minutes.
